Founded in 2022 by a team of industry experts from IIT and renowned global companies, Vegapay s mission is to eliminate technical barriers for financial institutions and fintech enterprises, enabling them to launch lending programs effortlessly.

Meet the Team

Gaurav Mittal - Gaurav is the Co-Founder and the CEO of the company. He is having more than 18 yrs of experience and has worked with organisations like Zeta, Matchmove, MasterCard, Amex and ICICI Bank.

Abhinav Garg - Abhinav is the Co-Founder and the Head of engineering. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 12 yrs of experience working with organisations like Podeum and WalmartLabs.

Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 12 yrs of experience working with organisations like Amazon and DE Shaw.

Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 8 years of experience working with organisations like BharatPe, Avail Finance

The Hats You Will Wear

• Develop and implement detailed test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Identify and document test scenarios, test cases, and test data to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Execute manual tests, identify defects, and ensure their resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Conduct regression testing to validate new code changes and ensure existing functionality remains intact.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Evaluate and enhance QA processes, incorporating best practices and tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and testing guidelines.
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project timelines and deliverables.

The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in manual testing, with proven expertise in leading QA efforts.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA and test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
• Basic familiarity with automation testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python, or Java) is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks.
