3. Optimize menu offerings for delivery and takeout in the Cloud Kitchen model.

4. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food standards.

5. Manage day-to-day operations of the QSR cum Cloud Kitchen facility.

6. Implement and streamline standardized processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

8. Introducing innovative menu items to enhance the overall customer experience.

9. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.

1. Leadership skills - Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
