Senior Value Engineer

Job Description :-

• Identify and implement solution to improve ongoing system performance, interfaces, production job.
• Capacity planning to support growth on the platforms through organic growth result of new projects, users, implementations.
• Execute process studies of current and/or enhance process to site specific condition.
• Execute conceptual design studies for new products and for the improvement of existing products, using optimization tools.
• Develop and implement LCA (Low Cost Automation), tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Assist in integrated conceptual design load, costing and structural design tool improvements.
• Develop and maintain part cost estimates-BOM/Costing.
• Lead and manage a team of Process Engineers in implementing manufacturing process, line capacity of helmets.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing process line setup to achieve quality, cost reduction, productivity improvement.
• Project management: Project Planning & Execution.
• Process & QMS Audit Management.
