Operation & Supply Chain Sr. Manager For Exports

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing a Team of Operations & Administration Executives to ensure timely robust Exports of Goods & Services

2. Liaison with following institutions & their personnel to provide end to end Export Solutions:

a. CHAs clearing and forwarding agents

b. Transporters

c. Pelletizing agents

d. Courier Companies

e. Vendors & Suppliers

f. Financial Institutions

3. Monitoring Vendor Inspections and Audits carried out by Operation Executives

4. Ensuring Documentation Oversight and Preparation:

a. Shipment documentation

b. Maintaining and organizing original bills and handing over original shipment documents

c. Export benefits documentation like RoDTEP etc.

5. Accounting

a. Formats for maintaining information pertaining to Inward and Outward Entries

b. Storing, Scanning and Maintaining Database of all Documents

c. Liaise with Accountant and provide information as per requirements

6. Vendor & Inventory Management

a. Vendor due diligence and Management

b. Inventory Management End to End of all Packaging Materials

7. MIS

a. Monthly MIS of Logistics

b. Logistics Cost and comparison of various CHAs freights for every shipment

c. Weekly Update on Shipments

d. Logistics TAT

e. E-way bill generation

Preferred candidate profile

Skill Set:

1. Ability to Manage a Team of 5 or more people

2. Leadership

3. Technology Skills

a. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoints

b. Working Knowledge of Linkedin, Whatsapp, Facebook

4. Language Skills

a. Reading, Writing and Listening in English

b. Speaking in Hindi, Gujarati

5. Team Player and Solution Centric Mindset

6. Project Management

Education & Experience:

1. Masters in Business Administration International Business / Maritime or Marketing

2. Experience in Exports & Supply Chain (5 years or more)

3. Accounting knowledge will have an added advantage

Work Hours

• 9 hours in a day 10 AM to 7 PM
