We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team in the solar industry. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, converting them into customers, and managing ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued business. You will play a key role in our sales process by communicating effectively with both new and existing customers, managing leads, and ensuring seamless project and registration follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Contact potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels to understand their needs and convert them into customers.
Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process.
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure project progress, answer any additional questions, and encourage long-term relationships.
Data Management: Maintain and update lead and project details in Excel sheets for accurate record-keeping and efficient project management.
Solar Registrations: Use PMSG and other relevant websites to complete solar system registrations, logins, and necessary documentation.
Communication: Effectively communicate with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (both spoken and written) to communicate with a diverse customer base.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate websites and update information in Excel.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
