Director Product Management

Job Overview:

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, and drive the strategic direction for our product portfolio. You will be accountable for the success of product initiatives, from ideation through to launch and iteration. Your leadership will shape product roadmaps, optimize product performance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to inform product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and integration.
Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensure ongoing iterations based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on product progress, risks, and key milestones.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, prioritize features, and track product performance against KPIs.
Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of launching successful products, ideally in [specific industry or field].
Strong experience with agile product development methodologies.
Skills:
