Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies. You will be responsible for improving the organic visibility of the company's website, driving high-quality traffic, and enhancing our search engine rankings. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, content optimization skills, and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page Optimization:

1. Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords.
2. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
3. Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, slow page speed).
4. Ensure proper usage of meta tags, alt attributes, header tags (H1-H6), and schema markup.
5. Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation.
   

Off-Page Optimization:

1. Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
2. Manage outreach campaigns for acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
3. Monitor backlink profile health and disavow toxic links as necessary.
4. Leverage social media and other platforms for content promotion and engagement.

Technical SEO:

1. Work with the development team to improve website architecture, usability, and mobile-friendliness.
2. Ensure websites are optimized for Core Web Vitals and page experience metrics.
3. Monitor and resolve website indexation issues and sitemap updates.
   

Analytics & Reporting:

1. Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
2. Generate monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics.
3. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
   

Competitor Analysis:

1. Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
2. Benchmark competitors' SEO practices and integrate actionable insights into strategies.
   
   

Strategic Planning:

1. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
2. Plan and execute SEO campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to achieve objectives.
   

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
• Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
