SECRETARIAL OFFICER (CS Intermediate)

Veegaland Developers Pvt Ltd, a venture by Vguard & Wonderla founder Mr. Kochouseph Chittilappilly, is seeking a CS Intermediate Qualified Secretarial Officer to join our dynamic team. The role involves ensuring seamless compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the organizationgovernance framework.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
  
• Ensure timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other statutory bodies.
  
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
  
• Support board meetings, including preparation of agendas and coordination with directors.
  
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
  
• Conduct legal research and support risk assessment activities.
  
  
  
  
  Requirements

  CS Intermediate qualification and completed training.
  

  1-2 years experience in a secretarial department of a company or 2-3 years in a CS firm.
