Lead .Net React Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them through technical challenges and providing hands-on support.
Full-Stack Development: Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using .NET for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.
API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend.
Technical Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX designers, project managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in the application, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
Testing & Deployment: Ensure that comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and automated deployments are implemented.
