About the Role:
As our Regional Program Manager in Thrissur, youll be at the center of our local efforts. Your mission is to ensure that our youth receive the educational, emotional, and practical support they need to grow into confident, self-reliant adults. This role is perfect for someone whos driven, empathetic, and eager to create lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Implementation:

• Coordinate and manage scholarships, aftercare services, vocational training, and housing initiatives.
• Ensure programs run smoothly and meet the needs of each young person.

2. Community Engagement:

• Build connections with schools, training centers, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Promote our foundations initiatives, encourage youth participation, and represent us at local events.
• Listen to community feedback and use it to improve our programs.

3. Youth Empowerment:

• Offer guidance, motivation, and practical solutions to help youths overcome challenges.
• Organize workshops, counseling sessions, and skill-building activities.
• Celebrate their achievements and support their personal growth.

4. Administration & Transparency:

• Manage day-to-day tasks, maintain records, track progress, and ensure efficiency.
• Assist with basic data collection to help us refine our approach.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with the central team, sharing insights and on-the-ground learnings.
• Suggest improvements and highlight emerging needs to enhance our services over time.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Education, or Management) is required; a postgraduate degree is helpful but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in program coordination, community work, or youth engagement is required.
• Fluency in Malayalam and familiarity with Thrissur’s local context are strong plus points.
