Executive Assistant To Finance (Entry Level)

Position Title: Executive Assistant to Finance

Reports To: CFO/ Finance Head
Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Finance department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and statements.
• Handle day-to-day office tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, and filing of financial records.
• Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of finance-related tasks.
• Assist with the management of accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the Finance team.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters/bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or in progress).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic knowledge of finance principles is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
