Profile:

A Mid-Level BI Tool Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive and insightful dashboards using various BI tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training and support to end-users. Hands-on experience in data modelling is highly desirable.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive, insightful, and user-friendly dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the dashboards meet their needs and expectations.

3. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all dashboard designs.

4. Develop and maintain data models to support dashboard and report development.

5. Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.

6. Work closely with data engineers to integrate various data sources into a cohesive data model.

7. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.

8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and

deliverables.

9. Demonstrate a solid understanding of BI tool architecture to ensure efficient and scalable dashboard solutions.

10. Implement best practices in BI tool architecture to enhance performance and maintainability.
