Role & responsibilities
1. Knowledge about GST & TDS
2. Preparing/Process invoices and purchase orders, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
3. Making statutory payments
4. Prepare monthly Cashflow
5. Assist with the preparation and filing of business tax returns
6. Ensure compliance regulations
7. Support senior management in financial planning and forecasting processes.
8. Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
9. Ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
10. Handling emails, calls for enquiries for training details
11. Help in reconciling bank statements with company financial records.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, filing invoices, receipts, and other related documents in an organized manner
13. Track company expenses and assist in ensuring they are recorded correctly
14. Co ordinating with Social media and website team for necessary content upload
15. Overlooking and performing administrative activity required from time to time
16. Fluent In English & typing emails
