Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure projects comply with local, state, and national fire safety codes and regulations. Budget Management:Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met. Quality Assurance:Implement quality control processes to ensure systems meet design specifications and performance standards. Communication:Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly. Documentation:Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents. Skills And Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing fire protection system projects. Strong knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems, including sprinkler systems, alarms, Fire hydrants, water curtain systems and smoke detection systems. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Show more Show less
