OP Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage patient billing, cashier activities, and TPA coordination at OPD.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of medical bills for patients.
  
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billings.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling patient records and financial transactions.
  
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in hospital administration, preferably in an OPD setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of IP billing systems and processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, doctors, TPAs, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willing to work in shifts.
