Currently, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with expertise in PLC programming, control panel design, and pre-sales support. This role demands a professional with a strong technical background in industrial automation and the ability to provide exceptional solutions to customers. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from understanding client requirements to designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Develop electrical and control panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Provide pre-sales support, including solution concepts, proposals, and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and consultants to gather and document technical requirements.
• Ensure cost-effective, standards-compliant designs tailored to project needs.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of control panels and automation systems.
• Prepare operating instructions and maintenance manuals for products and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, design reviews, and project planning meetings.
• Manage procurement and inventory of instruments, sensors, and automation components.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and operational practices to achieve zero defects.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong programming skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA (preferably Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Delta, or Mitsubishi).
• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting electrical and control panels.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, ProfNet, and Ethernet/IP.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems, sensors, actuators, and industrial networking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Basic understanding of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and machine vision systems (Sick, Cognex, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming, control panel design, and industrial automation.
• Proven experience in pre-sales support, including customer interaction and solution presentations.

Salary: ₹2.4 LPA ₹3.6 LPA (Based on experience) + Performance-based Incentives
