Role & responsibilities

• Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the investment product and services.
• Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and investment product and services.
• Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
• Efficient with English , Hindi & Marathi.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
