Senior UI/UX Designer

We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and compelling user interface designs for international SaaS products. The ideal candidate brings both creative flair and analytical thinking to design challenges.

Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in web and mobile applications
- Proven track record of delivering user-centered digital products from concept to launch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and component libraries
- Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Strong English communication skills for international client interaction
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles

Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of modern front-end technologies including Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with prototyping tools an advantage

Previous Experience Should Include:
- Design of complex web applications or SaaS products
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Client-facing role with demonstrated stakeholder management
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business
analysts)
- Documentation of design decisions and preferably creation of style guides
- A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
