R &D Executive

Position Summary:

Candidate should have

• Thorough knowledge of Water Based Decorative paints like product range in Architectural

coatings, technical properties of all water based paints, formulation development

experience, etc.

• Thorough knowledge about raw materials used for water based paint development.

• Good practice of handling processing equipments like high speed stirrer, dyno mill, sand mill,

etc. Also capable to handle various types of testing instruments.

• Need to execute experimental work on self-driven.

• Should take initiatives in new idea, new concepts to improve the product qualities

• Should assess the all potential hazards & follow the all safety measures to ensure the safety

aspects of the work.

• Detailed knowledge about market competition.

• Customer complaint handle experience. Thorough knowledge about paint defects & its

remedies.

• Able to scale up the standardization batches at production floor.

• Work collaboratively with team members.

Required Experience:

3+ years in R &D Decorative Paint.

Required Education:

M. Tech / B. Tech in Paint Technology or M. Sc in Organic Chemistry

Required Knowledge / Skills:

Good organizational and interpersonal skills

Good written and verbal presentation skills

Good documentation, reports preparation, excel, word & PPT skills
