What You ll Do
Own Performance Marketing Strategy - Drive user acquisition & retention while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
Run & Scale Paid Campaigns - Lead Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid channels.
Analyze Data & Drive Insights - Use performance metrics to iterate, optimize, and inform strategic decisions.
Manage Budgets Efficiently - Scale paid media spends beyond $100K+ per month while ensuring maximum ROI.
Experiment & Optimize Funnels - Test A/B variants, audience targeting, bid strategies, and landing pages.
Creative Strategy & Testing - Partner with designers to create high-converting ad creatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitors, and unlock new opportunities.
Own Marketing Tech Stack - Work with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and attribution platforms.
What We Need
3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing. Ideally in series A startups in FinTech, EdTech, ConsumerTech, AdTech, or QuickCommerce.
Experience scaling global campaigns across diverse markets.
Expert in Google Ads & Meta - Deep knowledge of algorithms, bidding strategies, audience targeting.
Proven track record of scaling high-budget campaigns ($100K+ per month).
Strong data & analytical skills - Ability to extract insights, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
Hands-on executor - Someone who does the work, iterates fast, and moves with intent.
Understanding of Funnels - Ability to connect performance marketing with user journeys & product flows.
Curiosity & Passion for FinTech - Strong interest in financial products and user behavior in global markets.
