Assistant Designer

Role and Responsibilities

• Support senior design team in creating and developing garment designs.
• Assist in conducting research and gathering design inspiration.
• Create technical sketches and detailed specifications.
• Assist in preparing materials and samples for presentations and fittings.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding design details.
• Review and evaluate design samples, providing feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
• Stay updated with fashion and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining design archives and providing administrative support.

Key Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field.
• Must have a prior experience in working with a export house.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specification accurately.
