Key Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Appointments:
• Immediate identification and onboarding of distributors.
• Efficient handling and management of distributor relationships.
2. Primary & Secondary Sales:
• Manage and grow primary and secondary sales to achieve targets.
• Ensure seamless communication between distributors and the company to drive sales growth.
3. Business Development:
• Execute out-of-the-box strategies to achieve rapid business expansion.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend action plans.
4. Market Analysis:
• Understand market dynamics, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend improvements.
5. Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Requirements:

• 2-8 years of experience in Sales within the Building Materials, Paints, Sanitary, or Hardware industries.
• Proven experience in distributor appointments and management.
• Strong expertise in primary and secondary sales operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
