Job Description
We are looking for a Validation Lead. The successful candidate will:
- Understand user and functional requirements documents thoroughly
- Prepare test plan
- Assist Validation Manager in assigning tasks to team members
- Author OQ/PQ test scripts for complex requirements
- Review OQ/PQ test scripts
- Co-ordinate with customer to provide responses for requirement clarifications
- Review RTM
- Participate in customer daily and weekly status meetings
- Co-ordinate with customer for pre-approval/Post-approval of validation protocols
- Provide daily and weekly status reporting to customer
- Co-ordinate with customer and project team for closure of defects
- Perform formal execution whenever required
- Provide clarification response to the team members whenever required
- Closely work with team for high quality and timely completion of project deliverables
- Support best practices to improve quality
- Experience in Validation is required
