Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and scaling AI/ML solutions for our clients. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for various client use cases, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with data scientists, data analysts, and product teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and practical implementation of models.

- Build, optimize, and maintain machine learning pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.

- Research and implement the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to improve model performance and capabilities.

- Develop tools and infrastructure to streamline the ML lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Lead and mentor junior ML engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, model development, and deployment.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of machine learning models into client solutions.

Requirements :

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, statistical models, and deep learning techniques.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), R, or Java.

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Experience in building and deploying ML models on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LlamaIndex, or GPT-based architectures.

- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or Dask.

- Experience with cloud-native ML services such as Vertex AI, Azure ML, or SageMaker.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML, model versioning, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
