ServiceNow Consultant / Sr. Consultant Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform for various applications:
• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Request Management
• ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB maintenance
• ITBM: Application Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Agile Development
• HRSD and CSM
• Custom applications
• Work with multiple instances and MSPs, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Collaborate with functional teams and advise on best practices.
• Analyze system performance issues and develop enhancements.
• Facilitate new application rollouts and upgrades in ServiceNow.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expert in JavaScript, XML, AJAX, and CSS.
• Proficient in both server-side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience in user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, UI policies, and Catalog Items.
• Skilled in deployment on the ServiceNow platform and familiar with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
• Knowledgeable of ServiceNow best practices and the software development lifecycle.
