Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to resolve issues effectively across various channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.


Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure timely follow-up.


Product Guidance: Offer information on products, features, and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.


Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.


Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.


Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.


Feedback Analysis: Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve services.


Documentation: Maintain logs of customer queries and prepare regular service reports.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors/Masters in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
