Overview:

V3 Facade Design Studio is seeking an experienced and innovative Facade Design Lead to lead our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality facade solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the facade design team, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for facade systems tailored to project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to align design solutions with project objectives.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and structural calculations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project constraints and challenges.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with advancements in facade technologies, materials, and construction methods.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in facade design software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, and engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facade design, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Professional certifications such as LEED accreditation or equivalent (preferred).
• A well-documented portfolio showcasing facade design projects.
