We are seeking an experienced Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable web applications. The role involves creating functional prototypes, enhancing existing applications, and troubleshooting issues. You'll work closely with business partners to define project requirements, establish success metrics, and mentor junior team members. Key responsibilities include code reviews and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable web applications, including user interfaces, third-party service integrations, and database management.
• Rapidly create functional prototypes and beta versions of web applications to support market trials.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications through troubleshooting, bug fixing, upgrading, and modifying functionality as needed.
• Collaborate with business partners to define and clarify project requirements and acceptance criteria and establish success metrics for delivered features.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Who You Are:

• 4 to 7 years of developing experience in web applications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field)
• Strong working experience of OOPS and SOLID
• Knowledge of Batch Processing
• Document Generation PDFs, Word Templates
• Data exchange formats CSV or other flat files, XML, JSON
• Data transfers through HTTP, SFTP (SSL)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

Skills Required:

Strong experience of:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on for C# with .Net Core, currently must be involved in coding
• ASP.Net MVC
• LINQ
• Entity Framework
• Web API
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or MongoDB

Good to have:

Knowledge of the Microsoft IIS stack and the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues with web-based applications and services including deployment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess new and unfamiliar issues and work through potential solutions, issues, and risks.

Confidence in the decisions you make and the ability to evaluate and counter alternative ideas and represent your reasoning.

Experience working with AZURE, AWS (EC2 and RDS), JIRA, TFS, Bit Bucket, GIT is beneficial but not required.
