Roles and Responsibilities

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Bangalore, currently looking for a Chartered Accountant or Advocate with a strong background in tax law, particularly in drafting appeals and petitions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Income Tax and GST regulations, possess excellent drafting skills, and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in tax practice.

• Handle client matters related to direct taxation, including income tax assessment, appeals, litigation support, and advisory services.
  
• Conduct research on various provisions of the Income-tax Act and other relevant laws to provide expert advice to clients.
  
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, written statements, rejoinders, etc. for submission before courts or tribunals.
  
• Assist in preparing complex legal cases by gathering evidence from multiple sources and analyzing data effectively.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
