Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SQL DBA Developer with 7-9 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server and SSIS, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to support business applications and analytics.

- Work on SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to build and optimize ETL processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions adhering to SDLC and agile methodologies.

- Leverage tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to manage and track development tasks.

- Analyze and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Identify bottlenecks in performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Implement and monitor database security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS.

- Strong knowledge of database concepts, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.

- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in hybrid or cloud environments.

- Certification in SQL Server or related technologies is a plus.

Work Mode : Hybrid (Work from both office and home as required).
