Overview
The UPVC & Aluminum Doors and Windows Manager oversees the production, sales, and installation processes for UPVC and aluminum doors and windows. This role ensures that products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and project timelines while managing a team and maintaining efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Relations
• Interact with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
2. Project Management
• Supervise the installation of doors and windows on-site, ensuring quality and safety.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to align with project goals.
3. Team Leadership
• Manage and train production and installation teams.
• Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of UPVC and aluminum door/window systems, profiles, and hardware.
• Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Sales and negotiation skills to secure and manage client accounts.
• Proficiency in C4C software and Windows Maker and project planning tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• • Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• • Experience: 2+ years in the fenestration industry, with expertise in UPVC/Aluminum systems
