We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our software initiatives. You will coordinate cross functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)

• Manage tasks and workflows in Jira, Trello, etc.

• Translate client needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Track progress, surface risks/blockers, coordinate resolutions

• Lead follow ups with stakeholders and maintain clear communication

• Step into leadership roles mentor, escalate issues, drive team morale.

What We re Looking For

• 2+ years managing software development projects

• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices and tools

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and make decisions
