Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop business strategies and initiatives.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Meet sales and business targets set by the team and management.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and business development activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Freshers with a strong interest in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
