Diploma Engineer Trainee

Looking for young, dynamic engineers with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a keen interest in hands-on industrial experience. This an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training and experience in various aspects of engineering and manufacturing processes. Key Role:

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work on shop floor to implement principles and methodologies.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation.
• Initiatives to address quality issues.
• Assist in monitoring process performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide basic technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting process issues.
