Data Scientist ( GenAI Specialization )

1. bachelors degree in computer science engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a Tier 1 institution
2. Relevant experience in experience in a Data Scientist/ML Specialist or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI and NLP projects. Expertise in Python programming and experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn etc.
3. Hands-on experience with open-source Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Mistral, Llama etc.) and applying them to real-world use cases.
4. Experience implementing and optimizing RAG and agentic applications using open-source frameworks such as Haystack/Langchain/Llama Index or Lang graph/Autogen/crew.ai.
5. Experience working in cloud-native micro services development.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills with the ability to think from first principles and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
7. Experience with Knowledge Graph based systems/solutions will be a plus.
8. Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure based MLOps technologies
9. Telecom background will be a plus .
