Job Role: Presales - Senior Executive

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Mode of Work - Work from Office. 6 days a week. (Mon to Sun) (Tuesday Holiday)

Experience: 3 - 10 years

Qualification - Graduate / Equivalent Degree

Key Responsibilities/ Job description:

• Manage Inbound & Outbound calls.
• Explain about the property to clients as per their requirement and convince clients to visit the site & convert them for booking.
• Initiates follow up with the customer and coordinate with the sales team for the site visit.
• Should possess detailed information about the projects, its amenities and pricing.
• Responsible for tracking the call waiting, missed call & the abandonment rate. Maintain the record of all calls, visits, and booked clients details.
• Ensuring lead registration, qualifying a lead to a prospective lead and assigning to the sales team.
• Maintain consistency in response time, if a timeline commitment is given to any client.
• Track the cold leads and give courtesy /follow up calls to check if the customers are still open for home search.
• Prepare the reports for weekly and monthly as data required.
• Promptly do lead management and generate self-lead by tele- calling and social network.
• Keep self-up to date with recent customer interaction; seek feedback from customers about the interaction. Try and improvise on the feedback received.

Job Specification /Requirements.

• Graduate with 3 plus years of experience in any industry.
• Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
• Sound knowledge of ERP, MS Office.
• A good team player and pleasant communicator.
