Sr. Architect

Roles Overview

• Overseeing the planning, design, and execution of large number of construction projects
• Work with a team of Jr. architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the client's specifications.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedules.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
• Lead and mentor a team of Jr. Architects, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are producing high-quality work and meeting project deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture is must.
