The Product Analyst researches market opportunities, obtains competitive and trend data, and works with the Product Management team to develop product strategies that meet customer needs across the portfolio of products and services. This position identifies customer needs and translates them into product features and benefits that ensure the voice of the customer is incorporated into current and ongoing product design and enhancement. He/She collaborates with members of the business unit, including Product and Business Development Managers, to evaluate new products and product enhancements to determine marketability, profitability projections and to ensure current and new products meet customer needs.
