Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our start up within the Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating Sales Qualified leads, reaching out to potential clients, and effectively communicating our products/services to generate sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. He/ She should also be in a position to understand solutions draft Proposals where required.

Shift Timing: The candidate would be expected to work from the Upperthrust Pune, Baner office and timings would be from 11.00AM 8:00PM (Covering Early Hours of EST)

Geography Coverage: India, Middle East, North America (East Coast)

Experience required 2 - 4 years.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities.

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients using various online and offline channels (social media, databases, business directories, etc.).
• Cold Calling: Contact prospective customers via phone, introducing them to our products/services, and gauging their interest.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, including details on lead status, communication history, and follow-up actions.
• Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects, nurturing them towards conversion.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate lead information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving set targets for lead conversion and sales opportunities.
• Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects, addressing inquiries and providing information on our offerings.
• Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation progress, performance, and feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration.
• Proven experience in tele calling, lead generation, or sales support.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong phone presence and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
