Job Description
Skills Required: We're looking for candidates:

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and managing a team of Wealth managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth Qualifications:
- Recruit and onboard your direct team.
- Provide training and development support to your team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet the defined sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyse team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and foster customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Bachelor's degree/master's or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BFSI Sales or a related field or 1-2 Experience in Team management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
