Head - Construction - Residential & IT Park (15-26 yrs)

1. Responsible for coordinating with consultants during the pre-construction stage which shall include active participation in design meetings, Review of all contract documents and specifications and will be the single point of contact for overall project construction.

2. Responsible for onsite construction with respect to safety, quality and overall delivery.

3. Resolving all coordination issues during construction.

4. Ensuring all compliances are in place during different stages of construction.

5. To facilitate and support the leasing team during various discussions and site visits.

6. To ensure smooth transformation of the asset from Construction to Operation team.

Requirement -

- 15+ years of experience in managing entire construction activities for Residential & IT Parks, preferably in Mumbai.
