Role & responsibilities
Contact potential or existing students/parents to inform them about various courses
• Drive all activities to ensure adequate enquiry generation to meet student admission targets
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with prospective students
• Follow up interactions over email and calls with potential students to ensure their participation in admission-related processes as per the course requirement
• Proactively follow-up with student to increase conversion of final enrolment
• Keep records of calls and note useful information
• Support the student outreach and admissions strategy to broaden awareness, and increase
• The visibility across a wider audience for programs
