Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lectures

• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Provide training on data entry operations and workplace technology practices

Lead Practical Training Sessions in

• MS Office suite, including data analysis and formatting techniques in Excel.
• Typing speed improvement and accuracy for data entry.
• Effective use of file management and internet browsing tools.
• Real-world scenarios to enhance practical application skills

Student Assessment

• Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve their technical and practical skills.

Individual Student Support

• Offer personalized assistance to students facing learning challenges.
• Create tailored learning plans for diverse skill levels.

Industry Trends & Updates

• Stay updated on the latest software tools and technological advancements in data entry and office administration.
• Incorporate these trends into the training curriculum to ensure students are industry-ready.

Career Readiness

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (Preferably in Computer Applications / Computer Science)

Experience:

• Professional experience in working with MS Office applications and data entry operations.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
