Job Description
What Youll Do
- Spearhead the bidding process on online platforms like Upwork, ensuring a high rate of success in project acquisition.
- Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition and align with client requirements
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to continually refine bidding strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and position our offerings as the optimal solution.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposals are both technically sound and commercially viable.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unthinkable services to accurately represent them in the bidding process.
- Follow up with clients post-proposal submission to address any questions and advance the conversation towards closing deals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial bid to contract signing
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain and update Upwork profiles to ensure they are optimized for maximum visibility and client attraction, following industry best practices and trends.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience with online bidding on platforms like Upwork,Freelancer with a strong track record of winning IT service projects.
- Exhibits excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Is highly organized, able to manage multiple bids and sales processes simultaneously.
- Shows a deep understanding of IT services and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.

Got chance to work on technologies, but they keep rotating you around the skills like from node -> js -> python -> React -> son on that you will not have deep knowledge of any skill. You have to do it yourself.
