- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in the Pharma industry , out of which 4-5years of experience as Area Manager is must.
- Should have good communication skills
- Leading a team of Area Managers, medical representatives to achieve Sales target.
- To Ensure implementation of Sales Promotion activities, Sales Planning & analysis. Relationship Management & Team Building.
- Candidate should be able to drive team to achieve the targets. Maximum output / productivity from the team members.
