Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing invoices for our clients.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Maintaining historical records for auditing and reporting.
• Following up on payments to ensure timely collections.
• Preparing weekly outstanding reports to monitor pending payments.
• Analyzing accounts and producing monthly reports for management review.
• Continuously improving the payment process to enhance efficiency.
• Handling payables and receivables

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
