• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  
• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
• Reconcile invoices and track outstanding payments.
• Follow up with vendors and clients regarding overdue payments.Financial Reporting:
  
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Bank Reconciliation:
  
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in bank statements.
• Expense Management:
  
• Review and approve employee expense reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Tax Compliance & Filing:
  
• Assist with tax filings and preparation of documents required for tax reporting.
• Maintain awareness of current tax laws and regulations.
• Audit Support:
  
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Administrative Support:
  
• Provide support to the finance team as needed, including data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial queries.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accounts Assistant, or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
