Territory Business Manager

Job Summary:

1. Provide Medical Laboratory Diagnostic information to the clients, hospitals, labs etc.

2. Arranging appointments with doctors hospital medical teams, which may include

pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;

3. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings

4. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

5. Contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, providing them the test menu which they

want, promote new test services (rather than those of competitors) can best satisfy those needs; closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service

6. Reporting information back to head office about customer needs and resolving customer complaints.

7. Collect competition data in terms of sales, customer, marketing strategy and present to superior
