Urgent Hiring For CSA (International Voice Process) pure Night Shift

Job description

This CSA opening for pure Night Shift with Below timings:|

9:00 PM to 6:00 AM | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM & Rotational week offs

Role & responsibilities

1. Answering calls from specific clients and contractors in accordance with the agreed procedures on which performance will be measured.

2. Respond to the needs of customers and provide excellent customer service

3. Chasing jobs already logged onto the system to ensure that the Contractor has attended the clients site within the agreed SLA.

4. Dealing with emails relating to order/quote approvals and queries from Contact Centre Agents and Contractors.

5. Monitoring overdue orders through to completion.

6. Ensuring set performance targets and KPIs are met.

7. Managing and resolve customer complaints

8. Any other reasonable duties which may be requested

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience with International Call Centre.

2. Experience in UK/US Voice Process (Inbound / Outbound)

3. Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.
