Job Description
- Handling significant areas of Revenue, purchases and taxes
- Preparation of monthly GST filings (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & GSTR 6) & other compliances
- Providing GST workings and discrepancy notes to vendors to harmonize reconciliation process
- Registrations under GST, VAT and Service Tax
- Preparation of Periodical Returns under GST, Service Tax and VAT for various Clients
- TDS Computation, Remittance and Quarterly E TDS filing
- Preparation of Income Tax computation and filing of Returns for Individuals, Firms and Companies
- Performed Tax Audit u/s 44AB for Companies & Individuals
- Preparation and review of various reconciliation statement e.g., Stock etc.,
- Doing Reconciliation & Workings under GST Audit i.e., GSTR 9 & GSTR 9C.
- Cash Flow statement in accordance with Accounting Standard
- Compliance of annual filings for companies & Firms
- Other compliances like filing of e-forms with Registrar
- Incorporation of Domestic companies, foreign subsidiary companies & LLPs.
- Verification and analysis of controls in place for Revenue, Purchase process, Treasury, Debtors and Creditors-Ageing, Recovery Period, Balance.
- Conducting Audit in accordance with Standards on Auditing
- Year-end schedules for statutory dues i.e. GST
